How VOIDS started

The problem behind VOIDS comes from Jannik Semmelhaack's time in Philips' e-commerce team: bestsellers sold out while campaigns with six-figure weekly budgets kept driving traffic to them. Tobias Wandersleb, who had optimized replenishment processes in SAP as a supply-chain consultant, joined him on the problem. During their master's studies at Nova SBE in Lisbon (2020–2022), the two founders documented more than 150 conversations with companies, and a six-month pilot with Samsung tested the first forecasting model.

  • August 2022: EXIST founder grant of 150,000 euros, supervised at Universität Hamburg.
  • September 7, 2022: VOIDS Technology GmbH registered in Hamburg (HRB 176999).
  • Autumn 2022: Techstars accelerator program.
  • February 2023: InnoRampUp funding of 150,000 euros from IFB Hamburg.
  • August 2023: pre-seed round of 600,000 euros from angel investors and founders.

Who works with VOIDS

VOIDS is built for consumer brands in fashion and streetwear, sports and merchandising, and beauty, nutrition, and FMCG. Named customers include HYROX, 6PM, Sheko, Cusbclo, and XbyX. Published results from their case studies:

  • 6PM: availability rose from 84 to 97 percent, with +3.8 million euros in revenue.
  • HYROX: event demand forecasting halved out-of-stocks across 2,000 SKUs in more than 30 markets.
  • Cusbclo: availability rose from 70 to 95 percent, the brand's most successful Black Friday.

How onboarding works

Implementation takes one to two weeks on average and less than 120 minutes of the customer's own time. Shopify and Amazon multichannel connect via one-click integrations; for ERP systems and other sources, VOIDS builds custom integrations. Every plan includes the full platform: forecasting, automation, integrations, and personal support.
